Cedar Hollow was Garn's entry in the 2007 Salt Lake Parade of homes. His home won two of the three awards in its category, being Best Archetecture and Home Design and the Best of Category awards. All of Garn's homes are custom built, allowing the buyer to freely make modifications and choose their own carpets, paint colors, cabinets, light fixtures, and anything and everything else, including modifying the floorplan. Garn only uses the best of materials and the finest craftsmen in the construction of his homes. In addition, he personally visits his home sites daily to ensure the quality construction that his clients have come to expect.
