A Little About Garn
Garn has been working in real estate for over 30 years. In that time he owned and operated his own construction company, building beautiful, award-winning custom homes and operated his own real estate company. Garn is a licensed General Contractor and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute.
Garn and his wife Gayle are the proud parents of five children, and love nothing more than to show off their grandson Josh to anyone willing to look.
I have over 29 years experience as a Principal Broker for my own real estate company (Garn G Christensen Realty) and now as Acting Principal Broker for Zip Realty and 27 years experience as a General Contractor. I participated in the 2007 Salt Lake Parade of Homes where my entry (Cedar Hollow) won the Best of Category and Best Architecture and Design awards. In this ever changing environment my extensive knowledge and problem solving abilities can be especially helpful.
