A Message from Garn

I have over 29 years experience as a Principal Broker for my own real estate company (Garn G Christensen Realty) and now as Acting Principal Broker for Zip Realty and 27 years experience as a General Contractor. I participated in the 2007 Salt Lake Parade of Homes where my entry (Cedar Hollow) won the Best of Category and Best Architecture and Design awards. In this ever changing environment my extensive knowledge and problem solving abilities can be especially helpful. This unique set of experiences allows me to provide my clients with exceptional service while taking the stress out of buying and selling real estate.
